Coverage
Our products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
What Is Covered
- Manufacturing defects
- Defects in materials under normal use
- Product malfunctions not caused by misuse
What Is Not Covered
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or negligence
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by failure to follow product instructions
- Products with removed or altered serial numbers
How to Make a Warranty Claim

- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos or videos of the defect
Our team will review your claim and respond within 3–5 business days.
Resolution
If your claim is approved, we will offer a repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.
We reserve the right to assess each claim on a case-by-case basis.
