Are ORGA Essential Oils Safe for Pets?
At ORGA, all of our essential oils are 100% pure and undiluted. While this makes them ideal for aromatherapy, it's important to remember that pets have much more sensitive respiratory systems and metabolisms than humans. As a result, some essential oils may not be suitable for every pet.
In general, diffusing essential oils is considered safer than applying them directly to your pet. However, every animal is different, and individual sensitivities can vary.
When diffusing essential oils in a home with pets, we recommend:
- Diffuse in a well-ventilated room.
- Leave the room door open so your pet can move away if they choose.
- Start with a small amount of oil and shorter diffusion periods.
- Observe your pet for any signs of discomfort or unusual behaviour.
- Never apply essential oils directly to your pet unless advised by a qualified veterinarian.

Our Recommendation

I am currently pregnant. Which essential oils should I use?
Pregnancy is a special time, and it's always best to take a cautious approach when using essential oils. While many expectant mothers enjoy aromatherapy, certain essential oils may not be suitable during pregnancy, particularly during the first trimester.
If you are pregnant, we recommend consulting your doctor or healthcare provider before using essential oils, especially if you have a high-risk pregnancy or any underlying medical conditions.
For diffusion, the following essential oils are generally considered among the more commonly used options during pregnancy when used in moderation:

Are ORGA Essential Oils Safe for Children?
Essential oils can be enjoyed around children when used with appropriate care. At ORGA, we generally recommend diffusion as the preferred method of use, as it is typically considered gentler than topical application or oral consumption.
For newborns and young infants, we recommend taking extra precautions, as their respiratory and immune systems are still developing. A simple approach is to diffuse essential oils in the room for a short period before your baby enters, then switch off the diffuser. Ensure the room is well ventilated and observe your child for any signs of discomfort or sensitivity.
When diffusing around children, we recommend:

Local Shipping
How long does delivery take?
We aim to process all online orders within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, local deliveries within Singapore typically arrive within 3–5 business days.
During peak periods, such as product launches, promotional events, or public holidays, processing and delivery times may be slightly longer due to higher order volumes. We appreciate your patience and understanding, and our team will always do our best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.
- Orders placed on weekends or Public Holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery
Our courier partners deliver Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM. Deliveries may be made at any time during these hours.
For office addresses, couriers will make a best effort to deliver before 6:00 PM, although this cannot be guaranteed.
If your scheduled delivery falls on a Public Holiday, it will be rescheduled to the next available business day.
Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our courier will typically arrange one additional delivery attempt.
If the parcel cannot be delivered after the re-delivery attempt and the recipient cannot be contacted via phone, SMS, or email, the parcel will be returned to ORGA. Should this happen, please contact our Customer Care team and we'll be happy to assist you with arranging a re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Is there free shipping?
We have free local shipping for orders $85 and above.
What should I do if the item I receive is defective or damaged?
We take great care in packaging every order, but if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we're here to make it right.
Please contact our Customer Care team within 7 days of receiving your order and provide:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos showing the damaged or defective item, including the packaging if applicable
Once we have reviewed your request, we'll work with you to provide the most appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.
To help us resolve your request as quickly as possible, please avoid disposing of the item or its original packaging until we've completed our assessment.
Your satisfaction is important to us, and we're committed to ensuring every ORGA experience meets the quality you expect.
Is there any refund that can be made?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or opened products.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our Customer Care team within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll review your request and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, exchange, or other suitable resolution.
